Refund Policy

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Because our Products are digital content (eBooks, prompt packs, and downloadable materials) delivered instantly and accessible immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital content has been granted.

Right of Withdrawal

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun, since the product is consumed immediately at the moment of delivery.

The Fast Track (Audit Service)

Once work on your personal audit has started (your materials have been submitted and review has begun), the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Exceptions

We understand that mistakes happen. Refund exceptions are handled solely at our discretion in the following cases:

• A duplicate or accidental charge for the same order.
• A technical error that prevented you from receiving or accessing your purchased content, and we were unable to resolve it after being contacted.
• A corrupted or unreadable file that we could not replace with a working copy.

Order Bumps and Bundles

Optional add-ons (such as the AI Prompt Pack) and bundle purchases are subject to the same no-refund policy as the individual products they include, since they are also delivered digitally and instantly.
