Foreword

Welcome to momentumbooks.store ("the Site"), owned and operated by AZZ Agency LLC.

The terms "we," "us," "our," or "Momentum Books" refer to the operating company, AZZ Agency LLC.

Any use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms"). These Terms take precedence over any other document (marketing material, product page copy, social media content, etc.) and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Article 1 — Scope

These Terms apply to all sales of digital products and services made through our Site, including momentumbooks.store. By placing an order — regardless of payment method (credit/debit card or other method offered at checkout) — the Customer accepts these Terms without reservation.

Article 2 — Personal Data

Personal data (such as email address, name, and billing information) may be collected when you subscribe to our newsletter, create an account, or make a purchase. This information is only collected if you provide it voluntarily. Declining to provide it may limit access to certain features (e.g., order confirmations, download links).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See Article 10 for details on your data rights.

Article 3 — Products and Services

Our products and services currently include:

• Digital eBooks (e.g., "Stop Sounding Like ChatGPT")
• Digital add-ons, such as the AI Prompt Pack
• Audit/review services, such as "The Fast Track" (async resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn review)
• Bundled offers combining the above at a fixed price

All Products are digital and delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

Article 4 — Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
• The price applicable is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.
• When purchasing a product, you agree to receive our monthly newsletter for a one-off subscription fee of $49.90, you will therefore need to send us an email so that we can cancel your subscription.
• Any discounted, "compare-at," or bundle pricing is shown clearly on the product page or at checkout before payment.

4.2 Taxes

The Customer is responsible for any applicable local or international tax not already included in the displayed price.

4.3 Payment

• Accepted payment methods are limited to those explicitly offered at checkout (credit/debit card and any other method displayed by our payment provider).
• Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other payment processors we may use.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order. If a transaction fails or is declined, the order is automatically cancelled.

Article 5 — Delivery

• Language: All Product content is provided in English.
• Access: Products are delivered digitally, typically via an instant download link and/or email confirmation sent immediately after payment is confirmed.
• Timelines: For services such as "The Fast Track," the stated delivery window (e.g., 3–5 business days) is an estimate and begins once the Customer has submitted all required materials.
• Availability: The Site is accessible 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical incidents.
• It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a valid, active email address at checkout and to check spam/junk folders if a confirmation is not received within a reasonable time.

Article 6 — Access Conditions

Access to purchased Products is personal, individual, and non-transferable. Any fraudulent use (sharing access, resale, unauthorized duplication, etc.) may result in immediate suspension of access without compensation.

The Customer is responsible for having suitable equipment (computer, internet connection, PDF reader, etc.) to access and use the Products. Outcomes from using career/professional development content (e.g., job offers, interview callbacks) depend on the Customer's own effort and circumstances and are not guaranteed.

Article 7 — Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All content, creations, and materials — including text, eBooks, templates, prompts, graphics, and branding — remain the exclusive property of AZZ Agency LLC / Momentum Books. Upon purchase, the Customer is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for their own personal or professional purposes only.

The Customer may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased Products with third parties;
• Reproduce, republish, or repurpose the content for commercial resale;
• Claim authorship of the Products or their contents.

Any breach of this Article may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

8.1 Right of Withdrawal

Because our Products are digital content delivered and accessible immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply once download or access has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8.2 Refund Policy

• Digital products (eBooks, prompt packs, downloadable content): non-refundable once access or download has been granted.
• Audit/review services already started: non-refundable.
• Exceptions are handled solely at our discretion in cases of a verified technical error (e.g., duplicate charge, corrupted file, non-delivery). In such cases, contact us via our Contact page and we will resolve the issue by re-sending the correct file or, if that is not possible, issuing a refund limited to that specific error.

Article 9 — Order Bumps and Bundles

Optional add-ons (such as the AI Prompt Pack) and bundle offers are clearly presented — with their own price — on the product page or at checkout before the Customer confirms payment. Confirming an order with an add-on selected constitutes agreement to the additional charge shown at checkout.

Article 10 — Personal Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, object to, or request deletion of your personal data. These rights may be exercised via our Contact page.

Our Site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to help us understand and improve the user experience.

Article 11 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Books / AZZ Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products, including but not limited to loss of income, opportunity, or data.

Article 12 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 13 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which AZZ Agency LLC is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
